How do I get customer service or when was my order shipped?
The only way to find out when your order was shipped or get other customer service questions answered is to forward a copy of your order receipt to [email protected] then state your question and include your contact info. Please do not call the Product Information call center will not be able to help because they may not have your order information available. You may use the form below for a faster response.

How do I get product information?
We can handle product questions over the phone at our Product Information Call Center. We will not be able to handle customer service issues over the phone because your order data is not available most times at our Product Information Call Center. Please see the question or form above to get customer service issues handled in a timely and accurate manner. For product info only please call (507) 456-6140. This is our product info call center and they do not have your order information.

Why haven’t my Artic Armor gloves been refunded?
It take 2-3 business days for your refund to processes through our system. If it has been longer please send a copy of your receipt to [email protected] With the subject “Refund Gloves”.

Your information is even more secure than when you go into a store and use your credit card. How’s that for being protective of you and ourselves as well.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

It is our intention to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. The majority of the time your order will be shipped the same day and you should receive it within 2-4 days.

We do need a 2-5 week delivery time frame because occasionally items do become Backordered due to high demand. Unless delivery time frame is noted differently in the product order section this is our policy. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ensure your complete satisfaction with our shipping process.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Our best customers are return customers and folks you refer to us. With that in mind, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply e-mail us within 15 days of purchase date with your product return request. We will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping & handling charges) via a refund check mailed to you or payment back via paypal. To keep prices low and prevent fraudulent Internet usage we have initiated the following policies. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items or a 40% restocking fee on opened items. No returns will be accepted for used items. It must be returned (postmarked) within two days of your e-mail notification. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return. We will happily refund your money upon receipt.

ARCTIC ARMOR RETURN POLICY

All Arctic Armor products that we sell are factory fresh merchandise, all first quality goods with manufacturer’s labels and tags. We DO NOT sell seconds or irregulars. To keep prices low and prevent fraudulent Internet usage we have initiated the following policies. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items or a 40% restocking fee on opened items. No returns will be accepted for used items or items where tags have been removed. It must be returned (postmarked) within two days of your e-mail notification. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return. We will happily refund your money upon receipt. Items must be boxed and sent pre-paid freight: They will not accept COD return deliveries. Shipping charge is not refundable. All returns must take place within 15 days of receipt of items.

In the rare instance you receive a defective item the issue must be worked out with the manufacturer, IDI Gear. We do not handle the manufacturers warranty. their phone number is: 412-799-0350

If you are doing an exchange of suits in new condition the fee is $25. Please complete the payment below prior to sending your suit back for an exchange.
